INSPECTION -414-1300  Inspection is the most important process for a flexible converter to ensure the defect free material to their customer.

Substrate needs to be inspected before lamination or slitting Process to ensure removal of defective material. This process ensures saving in wastage for downstream process & also prevent bad quality material to end customer

ROLLEX  INSPECTION -414-1300. is equipped with high frequency stroboscope for high speed Inspection. it stops upon a touch of a Defect button on user interface & reverses until the Defect positioned on inspection table. This enhances the efficiency & effectiveness of inspection. This type of solution is economical & value for money for the customers.

  Inspection
 Inspection Illuminated cabinet is on rewind station
 as a standard. Stroboscope of high frequency light
 [STD Make] along with synchronization sensor will be
 given on rewind as a standard along with its optional 
 functions.

 Defect function
 Once the operator sees any defect & press the 
 DEFECT button given on pendulum, machine will
 stop & start the reversing operation till Defect 
 is positioned on inspection table. This enables 
 operator to save time of reviewing the Printed material
 & saves material which is of good quality
